Insurance Information

We currently participate with many different commercial insurance plans, but our contracts often change. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to verify network status. If you do not see your plan or you have any questions pertaining to insurance and/or billing, please call our Office to inquire.

  • Cash Pay

Not Accepted:

  • Medicare

  • Medicaid

  • Tricare

 

After Hours & Emergency Care

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911. For all other calls after business hours, you will be routed to our after-hours answering service. Your call will be returned by the on-call physician.

Financial

Full payment of services is due at the time of your visit. We accept cash and all major credit cards. If you are a member of an insurance company with whom we participate, you will be expected to pay any copayment, co-insurance, and/or deductible that is dictated by your insurance plan. Please contact our office should you have any financial questions or concerns.

Prescription Renewals

Requests for prescription refills are renewed during normal office hours. We may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to the medication being refilled. PLEASE – no routine refills after normal business hours. Please allow at least 24 hours for your request to be processed.
